This new 2K Tenor Ukulele is a great example of how seriously Martin is taking the revival of their classic koa ukes. The top, back and sides of this instrument are crafted in Nazareth, PA from solid Hawaiian koa and it has all the sweetness and depth of the original models from the 1920s and 1930s. The appointments include ivoroid binding with black/white top inlay, black/white multi-layered single rosette ring, and a rosewood bridge. The entire body is finished in a satin lacquer. If you'd like a uke with the same cosmetic appeal, but with a crisper, snappier tone, Martin builds a concert version of the 2K. Includes a padded gig bag.
