Taylor built a small handful of E14 Grand Auditorium for dealers that hosted one of their Road Show in the past year. From the front it has an austere appearance but flip it over and it take a gander at some of the most amazingly figured wood we’ve ever seen. The back and sides of this lovely guitar are made from West African ebony that comes from Taylor’s own lumber mill in Cameroon. This guitar has an overall tonal clarity similar to maple with a rich, ringing but focused bass response all its own.
