Taylor’s Grand Pacific is round-shoulder dreadnought that brings a anew, exciting sonic personality to the the Taylor line. It has a warm, seasoned sound and clear low-end power that is well suited to just about any style. Drawing inspiration from traditional acoustic music, master guitar designer Andy Powers leveraged the tone-shaping control of Taylor’s V-Class bracing to create a guitar where every notes resonates with a rich, nuanced tone. This particular 317e is made of sapele and spruce and has the strong fundamental focus and midrange presence that characterizes that tonewood combination.
