We don't see used Collings Traditional models often, and this has that warmer, vintage-vibe tone that has won over many pickers who find the standard Collings D2H's sound a bit too edgy. While this one has been played the fret wear is barely noticeable. Other than a couple of very small (and shallow) finish dings to the top the lacquer is also close to perfect. Best of all, the super cool made-by-Collings case is included. Collings lost a bundle making these cases, and not builds only a few at a time, with a $995 price tag! (Yes, that's for just the case). To my eye, all this Collings needs is a bit of UV exposure to give the beautiful Adirondack top a slight tan.
