This guitar was made for the Collings NAMM show display in January 2017. We couldn't resist the combination of the half-herringbone "rope" purfling with what Collings sometimes calls their "Western sunburst" (to distinguish the coloring from the darker tobacco, or vintage, sunburst). Thanks to the rosewood back and sides this small 12-string has a lot more bass response than its size would suggest. Except for the ding to the finish next to the pickguard there's little sign it's been used, and the case is equally clean.
