The Eastman AC822CE-FF Fan Fret Guitar is built with a solid Engelmann spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and bridge. The idea of the Fan Fret design is to provide a different scale length for each string, improving string-to-string tonal and tension balance and intonation. Designed by Italian luthier, Fabio Ragghianti, this unique instrument features a sound port on the upper bout, a feature that helps direct sound back to player much like a monitor system does onstage. This particular guitar is in excellent structural condition with just a few signs of having been played. Includes the original hardshell case.
