Yes, it's used, and there are some nicks and dings to the finish (mostly on the top) but just cosmetic stuff, no cracks and certainly no serious damage. Nylon strings, as you can imagine, don't put much wear in nickel-silver frets, so no worries there. The TKL hardshell case is in great condition. For the left-handed player who needs a nylon string acoustic/electric, and with a cutaway, this is an excellent option that doesn't cost a lot. These Kremona models also have an excellent acoustic sound when not plugged in.
