Hard to believe this guitar is 14 years old, as it shows only the slightest of light marks to the finish (on the back of the neck) and just a whisper of fret wear to the first couple of frets. Compared to a new version of the same model it has a warmer bass response so perhaps being strung up all these years has made a difference in the response. Attractive rosewood, lovely even-grained spruce top, and an iconic 19th Century shape and appointments. Original case is equally clean.
