Most of us who are familiar with Sergei's work wouldn't think "Dreadnought" and "de Jonge" in the same breath, but this was an impressive-sounding rosewood D when we first sold it new and it's even more impressive now. Along with a great tone and oodles of volume you get the usual complement of Sergei details, such as the spalted maple rosette, laminations on both the front and back of the headstock, and in this example tasteful abalone bordering plus a French polish finish that now has a nice patina. No cracks, no issues, has been played but carefully. Comes with the original tweed TKL deluxe case. A great guitar for the player who appreciates fine luthiery from a builder who still works primarily by hand and rarely builds two guitars that are alike.
