Another best-selling model from Martin's Vintage Series, this is essentially an HD-28 but with top bracing, binding, inlays, and other details that match Martin D-28 models from the company's "Golden Era" of the late 1930s/early '40s. The forward-shifted scalloped X bracing delivers the strongest bass response of any rosewood D is its price range, making the HD-28V perfect for bluegrass or any style where a dynamic bass presence is an asset. This example has only light fret wear, and there are shirt-button scuffs to the finish on the back and some assorted small nicks and dings to finish on the top. Original TKL Vintage Series case is in great condition.
