This is an early Collings mandolin (serial number 68), from before they were making their own tailpieces. A few of the spots and smudges you seen on finish are no longer there, we somehow goofed and shot the photos before the brief detailing was done. Please note that there is some fret wear as this did get played quite a bit, but Collings was using a rather meaty fret wire so there are lots and lots of playing miles left. There are no cracks and no serious dings and everything appears to original throughout.
