If that great rhythm "chunk" tone is what you're after, here's a lot of that and more in a worn-but-solid 50 years old Gibson. Original tuners, pickguard, and bridge. Finish is also all original, there's a repaired crunch to the back (see photo 22) and the wear to the top is clearly visible in photos 10, 11, and 21. Those photos also show the lacquer crazing, which is part of most vintage Gibsons' charm. Original frets have some wear (see photo 18) and the rosewood fretboard wear is also visible in that same photo. D string tuner shaft is slightly bent but works fine. All interior bracing is original, with no sign of repairs. Sturdy hardshell case with arched lid is not an ideal fit for a slope-shoulder dreadnought like this but offers good protection.
