A quite original Epi Casino from '67 with an appealing vintage vibe. Being from '67 the neck is narrow, and the arm from the tremolo is missing along with the pickguard. Pickguards for this model are available, but ecause those tremolos weren't made for very long there aren't many spare arms floating around, and we haven't been able to find a repro. A Bigsby arm, easily available, could be modified to work since the arm attaches to this tremolo unit with a simple bolt. Original tuners, pickups, bridge and finish. Has been professionally refretted so plays well. This Casino does have the "2" stamp on the back of the headstock, so it left Kalamazoo as a factory second but we don't know why (some Gibson products were given "Second" status during this period to allow discount pricing, as no obvious defects are obvious). Comes with the original hardshell case, but as the photos show the exterior of the case is worm and one latch doesn't work but since the case still has four functioning latches it does close securely.
