Here's a classic '62 sunburst Strat, all original finish and parts with the exception of the lead pickup and the frets (pickup is from the right period but has been swapped). It has been refretted here at Gryphon. The output jack has been replaced but that should be no surprise for a guitar that's seen some use like this one. Great figure in the maple neck and a remarkably flat pickguard. Check the photos carefully as they show a few little things like the chipped corner on the back plate and the finish wear. Tremolo arm is in the case, no bridge cover. The condition of the case is remarkably good, as is the plating on the metal parts like the Kluson tuners, bridge, and pickguard screws. Definitely has that early '60s Strat tone and feel with great balance and a weight just under 7 1/2 lbs.
