This Harmony Meteor H-70, which was made made in Chicago around 1959, is in excellent condition. (There is one visible scratch on the back. See photo #29) It is set up with its original DeArmond "Golden Indox" pickups, which sound great. For a modestly priced guitar, the Meteor was used by a couple of rock 'n' roll heavyweights. Dave Davies used a Meteor on the Kinks' "You Really Got Me" and Keith Richards used one quite a bit in the early days of the Rolling Stones. This guitar comes with its original chipboard case and its original hang tags, which almost never show up.
